North Carolina CNA Training Classes

North Carolina has quite a few options for those wanting to get certified as a nursing assistant. The CNA training classes available include not only general local college courses for certification, but special fast track classes which are held in 7 locations throughout North Carolina, which includes a state exam final.

While there are other local community colleges that you might take as a first pick, you can often find that nursing homes offer special courses which can be many times free if you are willing to help seniors in exchange for the free cna training. This is an option for those who are short on cash, or those who may still be living at home with parents that do not want to spend the $1000-$2000 dollars on a training course.

The American Red Cross is also another option not to overlook. If you want to get an accredited certification for an excellent source, the Red Cross is one of the most respected.

Cities within NC are spread out, so there are particularly only a handful which offer multiple solutions for those who may have tried elsewhere with a full class. Ensure that when you are planning on joining a CNA training course that you complete registration early to ensure a spot.
