CNA Training Classes in Arizona

To become a Certified Nursing Assistant in AZ, you will be required to complete a 120 hour program and take a written certification exam. Community Colleges, nursing facilities, and independent companies offer these programs which are approved by the State Board of Nursing in Arizona. This program can lead to other health programs such as Arizona Dental Hygienest, Arizona RN, or Arizona LPN training.

CNA/CAREGIVER TRAINING PROGRAM DOUBLE CERTIFICATION

This Caregiver+CNA training program has been approved by the Arizona Dept of Health Services & the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Graduates of this DOUBLE CERTIFICATION program become certified caregivers AND certified nursing assistants which greatly improves their employment opportunities. Training runs 12 weeks. This 200-hour training program contains lecture, manual skills lab & 50 hours of supervised clinical experience working with elderly and disabled. The CNA training includes a focus on job skills prepare students for the realities of the healthcare industry. Social service support is available during & after training. Training includes job placement after graduation and continuing education classes every year.
